Former IZ*ONE Lee Chaeyeon and Red Velvet Joy to Appear on Seulgi's Live Show on Naver NOW
Naver NOW has revealed the upcoming guests on Red Velvet's Seulgi's live show "Seulgi.zip," and they will be two well-known female idols - former IZ*ONE member Lee Chaeyeon and Seulgi's bandmate Joy.
Former IZ*ONE Lee Chaeyeon and Red Velvet Joy to Guest on Seulgi's Naver NOW Live Show
On June 2, Naver NOW revealed the guest who will appear in Episode 2 of Red Velvet Seulgi's "Seulgi.zip," and it is none other than Lee Chaeyeon, a former member of the project girl group IZ*ONE.

This will be Lee Chaeyeon's first appearance following IZ*ONE's disbandment on April 29 this year. Also, this will be her first solo activity since then.
Former IZ*ONE Chaeyeon is known to be a hardcore fan of Red Velvet, especially Seulgi. In the past, Lee shared that she always considered Seulgi as her role model and inspiration for her career.
Other than this, these two best female dancers in K-pop are known to be close friends. Hence, the upcoming episode of Seulgi's live show "Seulgi.zip" on Naver NOW is expected to attract many people who have been wanting to see more interaction between them.

This past February, Lee Chaeyeon and Red Velvet Seulgi appeared to have met up to see the new museum exhibition set up by "TeamLab: LIFE" at Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul. This conclusion was created after these two female dancers posted pictures on Instagram with the same background. Plus, Seulgi mentioned Chaeyeon in the caption of her post.
Apart from former IZ*ONE Lee Chaeyeon, Seulgi's fellow Red Velvet member Joy will also appear on Naver NOW's "Seulgi.zip," but in a separate episode, particularly Episode 3.
Red Velvet Seulgi's live show started broadcasting on June 1, marking her first solo hosting. The first guests of the show are her junior SM artists: Karina, Ningning, Giselle, and Winter, the members of aespa.
Meanwhile, Episode 2 of Seulgi's "Seulgi.zip" where Chaeyeon will appear as the second guest will be broadcast tomorrow, June 3 at 10 p.m. KST. Interested fans can tune into the live show here.
Recent 2021 Activities of Former IZ*ONE Lee Chaeyeon and Red Velvet Joy
Ahead of disbandment, Lee Chaeyeon participated in several group activities of IZ*ONE this year. On Jan. 26, the project girl group released "D-D-Dance," a promotional single for UNIVERSE, a new global entertainment platform where fans can enjoy an array of fandom activities and content from their favorite artists.

IZ*ONE also took part in the compilation album "Rewind: Blossom" and remade "3!4!," a 1996 popular song by Roo'Ra.
In March, the "La Vie en Rose" singers held a two-day online concert called "One, The Story." This becomes the girl group's last concert and activity before their disbandment.
Meanwhile, Red Velvet Joy made her solo debut on May 31 with a remake album entitled "Hello." The album features the title track, also called "Hello," which is a remake of Park Hye Kyung's 2003 song of the same name.
Red Velvet Joy's "Hello" album contains a total of six songs, which were all a remake of songs that were originally launched in the 1990s and 2000s.
