When is iKON Comeback? iKONICs Demand YG Entertainment to Let Boy Group Release New Music
On Feb. 18, Twitter is abuzz with many complaints and questions from iKON's fans as YG Entertainment has not announced any schedule or activity for the boy group.
The last iKON comeback is in March 2021 when they released a new digital single titled "Why Why Why." The boy group then participated in Mnet's TV show "Kingdom: Legendary War" from April to June. In the program's finale, they performed and released a new song, called "At Ease."

A few months later in September, the sextet held a live broadcast to celebrate their sixth anniversary in the K-pop industry as a group. All six members were present at the time and communicated with the fans.
Since then, fans have not witnessed further activities and promotions of iKON. Now that the first month of 2022 has passed and February is also approaching its end, iKONICs are now questioning YG Entertainment why there are still no updates about the group's activities.

In the past week, YG Entertainment's rookie boy group TREASURE returned to the music scene with their first mini-album "THE SECOND STEP: CHAPTER ONE." Then, on Feb. 18, the label announced that WINNER, its other male group, will hold a concert in Seoul in April and May.
With the other YG boy groups having their own schedules, iKONICs are demanding an iKON comeback from the agency as it has been almost a year since they released new music. Some fans are questioning why YG treats iKON differently from the other idol groups.
Several fans are also expressing how they find it unfair for the band in a way that they can't showcase their talent consistently. There are even a few fans calling out the boy group and asking them to realize how much the label mistreats them.

iKON's Last Comeback with an Album
While iKON made a comeback in March 2021, it was only with a digital single. The group's last return with an album is back in February 2020.
On Feb. 6, 2020, iKON dropped their third EP, "I Decide." This album is their first release as a six-member group as B.I left the band in 2019 due to his drug controversy.
"I Decide" contains five total songs including the title track "Dive." iKON members took part in writing and/or composing some of the tracks. In particular, Bobby wrote "Ah Yeah," "Flower" and "All the World," while DK co-wrote the lyrics for "Flower" and composed it.

iKON's third EP debuted at No. 3 on the Gaon Album Chart after selling over 55,000 copies. The album even entered the Oricon Albums Chart at No. 15 with 1,000 digital copies and 3,306 physical copies sold in the country.
"Decide" also went on to land on Billboard Japan's Hot Albums Chart at No. 16 and No. 5 on the Download Albums Chart. In China, over 74,000 copies of the album were sold.
