First Malaysian K-POP idol, Isaac Voo from K-POP group In2it, had successfully made his solo debut with title track "TIME BOMB".
It is a Malay pop song, and Isaac shared that he would like to challenge himself to sing in Malay because he has previously primarily sung songs in Korean and English. Isaac admitted that he felt anxious because this is his first time singing entirely in Malay by himself, but he is quite pleased with the outcome.
Isaac, who never forgets his roots, hinted that fans can actually find some elements representing Malaysia in his music video, such as the Malaysia map, Malaysia flag and Wau (Kite).
He added, "I am really delighted whenever I get the chance to explain and promote our Malaysian culture to my members or my non-Malaysian friends".
This song features a collaboration between esteemed individuals in the local entertainment industry. is composed by singer song writer Gaston Pong and co-written with Asyraf Nasir.
On top of that, Isaac also worked with Ezra Tham, one of Malaysia's top choreographers to choreograph the dance move.
Isaac explained that the song tells a story of a man falls in love with a perilous partner. Insanely in love, he surrenders everything, realising that he might be squandering his time. He would risk his life by playing with fire, though, since he is so madly in love with her.
Even though the explosion could occur at any time, he confesses to her and vows to waste time with her. Just like us, we can occasionally become insane as a result of what love does to us.
Isaac also mentioned that he actively took part in discussion with his team to give some inputs and ideas for his music video, such as the styling and music video direction. He wanted to show a different side him, a cooler and wilder one, rather that his usual cute and bubbly image. He chose to try a new hair style and colour that he had never attempted before since he also wanted to be more adventurous and push himself farther.
"I hope you will enjoy my first solo song as well as the music video. To all my fans who have been waiting for me, thank you so much for your continuous support and love, and this is for you! Please look forward to my next project", Isaac shared.
Isaac Voo's "TIME BOMB" official music video has been officially released on his Youtube channel on August 5, 6PM.
