IVE's Jang Wonyoung previously went viral for her elegant stance while throwing the first pitch, while actress Jeon Jeong Seo left the internet shook with her stunning figure when she threw the first patch in March. Typically, no accidents happen during the event, as they simply need to throw the ball.

ICHILLIN' Chowon Idol Falls Unconscious After Being Hit By Ball During Baseball Game
ICHILLIN' member Chowon was injured after being hit by a foul ball during a baseball game.
According to Sports News on April 16, 2024, Chowon from ICHILLIN' collapsed after being hit by a foul ball while attending a game between Kiwoom Heroes and KT Wiz at Seoul's Gocheok Sky Dome.
On that day, in the game, fellow members Yeju threw the first pitch, and Eji took the ceremonial bat. Also, during the cleaning time, all members planned to perform on the first base cheering stage.
While waiting for the performance time after pitching and catching, Chowon, who was watching the game, was hit by a foul ball during the third inning. Chowon, who headed for the medical room, collapsed from the impact of the foul ball, but she regained consciousness under the care of medical staff and team officials.

Chawon is scheduled to be transferred to Guro Hospital at Korea University, which is near the Gocheok Sky Dome, for further evaluation. ICHILLIN's cleaning time performance has been canceled.

On January 4, 2024, ICHILLIN' dropped their fifth digital single, "Bite Me," followed by their sixth digital single, "Demigod," on February 5.
On March 7, the group unveiled their third EP titled "Feelin' Hot," along with the lead single, "On My Lips." Additionally, the EP included their earlier digital releases, "Bite Me" and "Demigod."
On July 19, ICHILLIN' released their second mini-album, "I'm On It!" along with the lead single, "Kick-Start." Prior to the release, ICHILLIN' released the single "Draw" on November 3, 2022, "Alarm" on March 23, 2023, and "Siren" on May 11. Those three songs were included in the July mini-album.
