North West Kardashian Baby Photos are a treasured keepsake for the family of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian - and since they are a fashionable family, KimK's new pregnancy photo shoot with Karl Lagerfeld for Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book might be an equally precious moment.

Kanye West revealed the North West Kardashian Baby Photos on Kris Jenner's show recently, but these super secret fashion pics were kept under wraps all through the end of Kim Kardashian's pregnancy.  That is tough to do when you are a famous celebrity body who has worked with fashion magazines like W and conceptual artists like Barbara Krueger.  But just like they kept the pictures of Baby North West Kardashian secret for a little bit, it was worth the wait for these photos.

The Kim Kardashian pre baby North West Kardashian pregnancy photos show Kim posing with a gold grill in her mouth and posing with boxing gloves.  Perhaps the photographer Karl Lagerfeld wanted to show in Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book the ways in which new mom Kim has had to be tough in the face of public attention and photos during her pregnancy. 

In another photo Kim is dressed in sweet pink and white against a floral backdrop, and her mouth is covered in jam.  During her pregnancy with baby North West Kardashian, photos of a Kim's growing body provoked sometimes-cruel speculation about her weight and how her post baby body weight loss diet and exercise plan would fare.

Kim Kardashian got to participate in a little bit of the fashion week hype with her fashionable new pre-baby North West Kardashian pregnancy photos, because she hasn't attended New York Fashion Week events with Nori's father Kanye West.

Baby North West Kardashian is surrounded by so much fashion that we'll have to see whether she follows in mom and dad's footsteps.  Could she be a rival to the venerable Suri Cruise?
