Demi Lovato Twitter War: Demi Lovato and Kathy Griffin recently engaged in a short battle on Twitter when Kathy Griffin responded to follower's question in a Twitter Q&A session. Several Demi Lovato fans started using #KATHY to send nasty tweets filled with obscenities and death threats. The original post originally featured the name "Debbie" Lovato, instead of Demi Lovato, which Kathy says was Siri's fault.

Demi Lovato and Kathy Griffin's Twitter feud appears to be over. Kathy Griffin and singer Demi Lovato made headlines on Tuesday after the stars engaged in a Twitter feud set the Internet buzzing. During a fan Q&A on Twitter, Kathy Griffin called singer Demi Lovato 'the biggest douche' on Twitter earlier this week. Demi Lovato responded with an angry tweet of her own and her fans began aggressively harassing Griffin,  the third woman in history to win the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album.

Demi Lovato is in a new Twitter feud quickly following the Demi Lovato Miley Cyrus Twitter fight.

Fans of former Disney star Demi Lovato took to Twitter to put heat on the comedian. Kathy Griffin was less worried about feuding with Demi Lovato. She told the media

"As a comedian, I just live for something like this. I mean this is comedy gold."

Demi Lovato's first tweet in response to Griffin, saying "Only a 'douche' to people I can't stand," along with a photo of Lovato pointing to Griffin and sticking out her tongue, has been deleted, but only after it sparked up her fans.

The Kathy Griffin Demi Lovato Twitter war started during a recent Twitter chat the comedian was hosting. Kathy Griffin was asked by Boston.com if she stands by her statement tht Demi is the "biggest douche celebrity" out there. Griffin responded "Well, first of all, you know, I kind of change my mind on that every day. I mean, the genesis of the whole thing is really what's being missed here in the story. And what I find amusing is I was playing a game with Siri, and I was actually on DamnYouAutoCorrect.com and I was laughing really hard. And then, I actually tweeted, and you can look it up, the tweet happened, like, March 25th, and I say, "Okay, I'll do a Q&A, but remember I'm using Siri, so go." Somebody says, "Oh hey, have a Q&A," so I'm like okay, and somebody said something to the effect of who is the douchiest celebrity. And then Siri said "Debbie" Lovato, so I thought it was funny, Siri thought I said "Debbie."

A fan asked Kathy Griffin who she thought was the "biggest douche celebrity" she had ever met. As quickly as she could type the name wrong, Kathy Griffin spilled that it was Demi Lovato.

Kathy Griffin tweeted ""Probably Debbie [Demi] Lovato. Plus she should calm the f down bout Lady Gaga gettin barfed on (sic)."

Demi Lovato heard about the exchange and decided to prove Kathy Griffin's point. Demi Lovato took to Twitter to share a selfie showing her sticking out her tongue while Griffin stood in the background.

Demi Lovato's fans tweeted to Griffin that she should her to kill herself and that they hoped she would get cancer.

The tweets included "I really hope you commit sue of side tonight" and "#KATHY slit your throat you ugly b**** you deserve cancer i hope your whole familys burns to the ground."
Demi Lovato took to Twitter to apologize to Griffin and to tell her fans to "chill" after the volatile tweets.

Lovato tweeted "@kathygriffin no one should ever wish those things upon ANYONE. I apologize on others behalf. I do NOT approve of that at all. Sorry 4 that."

Meanwhile, the Miley Cyrus Demi Lovato Twitter feud is heating up as the two former best friends unfollow each other on Twitter. Miley Cyrus has been in one controversy after another since the Miley Cyrus MTV VMA performance 2013.
