Aly Michalka is engaged. The actress and singer announced her engagement to director Stephen Ringer and then she showed off the ring on her finger.

Two And A Half Men star Aly Michalka says Stephen Inger is her "great love. Stephen Ringer and the former have been dating for more than a year.

Michalka, revealed the proposal took place more than a week ago. Taking to the Aly & AJ Michalka Twitter site, Aly announced "Wanted to share the exciting news! Feel very blessed to know such a great love #engaged x Aly."

The sultry blonde then took to Instagram to share a picture of the ring. "So this happened.....7/8" she wrote alongside of a beautiful shot of the dazzling sparkler.

Ghanimian, jewelry expert and CEO of Simon G Jewelry, told E! News that he estimates the platinum diamond ring would cost costs between $20,000 and $30,000. He said "This is a vintage-style engagement ring with a 2-3.5 Princess cut center stone."

Aly wrote "Hmmm....no one's noticed yet. #Lookcloser."

There are also reports that Aly Michalka wants to be the Next Miley Cyrus. Michalka, who 25 years old, is in a band with her younger sister, AJ, called 78Violet.

Michalka has been getting steady acting gigs since she was a teenager. She was featured in such Disney Channel shows as "Phil of the Future," and "Hellcats" that was out on CW.
