Beyonce And Jay Z’s ‘On The Run’ Tour Gets HBO Airing; Music Power Couple Takes Houston Leg By Storm

Beyonce and Jay Z's "On The Run" tour will get an HBO airing as the music power couple's takes Houston by storm.

In a report by Breathecast, Beyonce and Jay Z's "On The Run" tour will be shown onHBO on September 12 and 13. The coverage will center around the couple's concert tour in Paris.

"It was reported that Beyonce and Jay Z's two gigs in Stade de Francis in Paris will be featured on HBO's special this coming Fall," the website said. Multiple reports added that the concert special will feature 40 songs.

As Michael Lombardo, the head of HBO Network Programming told MTV, "This is a major musical event that belongs on HBO. It's going to be a night to remember."

While the actual concert will be aired, the special will also include clips from Beyonce's "Mrs. Carter Show" tour.

Beyonce and Jay Z's "On The Run" tour being aired on HBO will be welcomed by fans who earlier complained about the cost of tickets.

Back in May, when the ticket prices were announced, fans took to Twitter to express their disgust and disappointment about the prices being too prohibitive.

According to Forbes.com, quoting TiqIQ, the average price for Beyonce and Jay Z's "On The Run" tour is $342.67. For instance the ticket costs for their individual concerts were $180.20 on average for the rapper's Magna Carta Tour, and $294.01 for Queen Bey's Mrs. Carter Show.

In comparison, Eminem commanded an average ticket cost of $279.50, which is still 16.55 % below that Beyonce and Jay Z's "On The Run" tickets.

Meanwhile, Beyonce and Jay Z's "On The Run" tour invaded Houston, Texas. Prior to the concert, Beyonce posted a photo of her donning a cowboy hat to show love for her hometown. She then captioned the photo: "I'm out that H-town, it's going down ! Coming down dripping candy on the ground!!!!"
