According to E! News, Cameron Diaz dating Benji Madden reports were confirmed as the actress took time off from her press tour schedules for "Sex Tape" to enjoy a bit of downtime with her new boyfriend.

The pair attended Nicole Richie's dinner party at Casa Vega, a Mexican restaurant in Sherman Oaks, California. The party was to mark Richie's new show "Candidly Nicole" which premiered on VH1 on Thursday.

"Nicole's husband, Joel Madden, didn't attend the dinner, but according to an eyewitness, Richie's fashionista BFF Kelly Sawyer and makeup artist Lauren Anderson were among the group as well. We're told that the lady of the hour appeared to be in a great mood, trading mock-karate kicks with her pals," the website added.

The British tabloid MailOnline also published photos showing Cameron Diaz in sheer top and flashing her bra. Her long legs were highlighted by a blue skinny denims.

Benji Madden, meanwhile, trailed close behind as he stayed true to his rocker roots when he wore a black leather vest over a plain white shirt. He also wore baggy black jeans and baseball cap worn backwards.

Although the pair have not really directly confirmed their relationship, Benji Madden said in an interview with NovaFM that he considers himself lucky to be with Cameron Diaz.

"You guys are both maturing now, you've got families, you're both in love," the host told the Good Charlotte twins. "Both got girls. Both got chicks and stuff."

Recent photos of the two published in various tabloids also confirmed that Cameron Diaz is dating Benji Madden. Earlier this month, the two exhibited quite a bit of PDA when they hit the beach in Florida.
