Prince George's first birthday is tomorrow, July 22, and proud parents Kate Middleton and Prince William are ready to throw their baby son quite the birthday party! Who's attending the celebration and what presents will they bring?

According to CTV News, Prince George Alexander Louis was born at 4.24 pm (15:24GMT) at London's St. Mary's Hospital on July 22, 2013, weighing eight pounds and six ounces (3.8kg).

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge released an official picture of Prince George to celebrate his first birthday, and now details of his "private" party are surfacing. Kate Middleton and Prince William will host Prince George's birthday celebration at their Kensington Palace apartment.

A spokesman for the palace told Us Weekly that it will most likely be an indoor tea party that "may extend to the garden if the weather remains glorious."

The Queen is expected to attend, though Clarence House have denied claims that she will be the "guest of honour". Uncle Prince Harry and the Middleton family will also attend.

Grandfather Charles, or the Prince of Wales, and his wife Camilla will miss the party - they will be in Scotland for their annual summer visit.

Prince Philip also may not make the party due to engagements elsewhere in London, The Telegraph reports.

A source told Us Weekly that Grandma Carole and Aunt Pippa Middleton recently visited the baby store Blue Almonds in Chelsea, London, to pick up new clothes for George's big day.

Another source added that Kate Middleton and Prince William are trying their best to keep their royal son from getting spoiled.

"George will be getting clothes and wooden toys from mum and dad for his birthday," the source said. "William and Kate don't want to go overboard. He has been given so many gifts over the months and there's only so much space to store them!"

Unlike Prince William, baby George will spend his birthday surrounded by close family and friends at home. His father, on the other hand, spent his first birthday at home with his nanny while parents Prince Charles and Diana toured Canada, the Telegraph reports.
