Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart die hard fans are still hoping that they would rekindle their romance following RPatzz admission that he's still in touch with his former lady love.

The 28-year-old actor was asked by the Hollywood Reporter if he is still seeing his ex-girlfriend to which Pattinson gladly replied, "Oh Yeah!" sparking rumors that the former couple are actually still seeing each other secretly.

Furthermore, the Robert Pattinson Kristen Stewart rekindled romance rumors were confirmed by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, claiming that, "Apparently, both of them have agreed to keep their relationship casual for now, i.e. just having sex but with the choice of seeing other people."

"Granted, they'll never be just friends because of the history between them, but it's definitely a step on the right direction if they're able to spend time together without arguing and fighting," the gossip site added.

However, it seems like Rob had a change of heart and during a press conference for his movie "The Rover," the "Twilight" hunk dished about the importance of loyalty. (Kristen are you hearing this?)

According to an article of Inquistr, Rob said, "I think loyalty is probably the most important trait in a friendship. It's definitely very important."

Is it safe to assume that this statement was an indirect message to Kristen, knowing her history of cheating?

No one could really confirm this but Rob though.

Coincidentally, Joan Rivers recently mocked Kristen Stewart's cheating scandal in her new book entitled "Diary of a Mad Diva."

A line on her book says:

"Many stars only do one thing well.  Of course, the best one-trick-pony is Kristen Stewart, who got a whole career by being able to juggle a director's balls."

To which Kristen seemed offended with, that she threatened to sue the comedian, but backed off afterwards.

Joan confirmed the news to TMZ, "Her lawyer contacted my lawyer, which shows the sense of humor she has..." She continued, "Zero."

The young actress reportedly did not pursue according to Hollywood Life saying, "The reason that Kristen backed down from suing Joan Rivers was because she didn't want people to talk about the Rupert Sanders incident again."

Adding, "That was the moment that ruined her relationship with Rob Pattinson and affected her career, with some people thinking she was and is a homewrecker."
