Rory McIlroy revealed his new girlfriend after his Open Championship win. The mysterious brunette that he has been seen leaving the Ollie’s Nightclub in Belfast has been identified as Sasha Gales, a 23-year-old part-time model. Turns out that Rory McIlroy and Nadia Forde dating rumors weren’t true!

According to the Irish Independent, Sasha Gale, an Irish model and an ex-airline hostess, has been seeing Rory McIlroy for five weeks. That’s more than a whole month!

A source told the Irish Sun that "They are both happy with each other”.

The only person not happy with this reveal is Nadia Forde, who has been linked with Rory McIlroy for a few weeks.

Rory’s win at the Open Championships meant that he invited all his friends and family to take part in a wild night out celebrating a special night in his career. A party was organized at Ollie’s Nightclub in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter. It looks like his friends and family got a headstart in partying before he could even join!

“Obviously with all the media engagements you have to do after you win, it seems that my friends and family started without me,” he told RTE Radio. “I wasn’t the first to drink out of it. We put some good, expensive stuff in it and that’s how it’ll stay from now on.” Looks like Sasha Gale took a big gulp of some champagne as well!

Sasha Gale left the party with Rory McIlroy last night. Good thing Nadia Forde wasn’t there to witness!

“[Claret Jug] is getting a bit of a clean up after last night,” Rory admitted.

Then, in case he was angering some old British glassblower, he quickly added, “It is an amazing trophy and something I am obviously very proud of and hopefully there will be many more to come.”

By winning the Open Championship, the Irish golfer Rory McIlroy became the third man after Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus to win three Majors by 25. He is now second in the world rankings.

Looks like chasing pheasants around the golf course was all worth it!

“It’s an incredible point of my career,” Rory said.

With Sasha Gale as his first real relationship after Caroline Wozniacki, this does seem like an incredible point in his life too!
