"Jessica gave him an ultimatum that if he didn't change his tune, she'd walk out for good," a source told the tabloid. "That made Justin see sense because as scared as he is to be a dad, he'll do anything to keep hold of Jessica. He knows she's dead serious about this - and he has no choice but to step up to the plate."

According to CelebrityDirtyLaundry, Jessica Biel "is not a happy wife" right now, and having a child is the only consolation for her to stay in the marriage.

A confidante of both Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel told OK! magazine: "Her biological clock is ticking. She's 32 and has no acting jobs lined up, so she's got a lot of time to pester Justin for a baby."

"She has been tagging along so they can work on baby-making. Justin loves the practice," the insider added.
