Legend Of Korra Book 3 Cancellation Rumors Debunked As 'Change' Moves To Digital Release: 2014 San Diego Comic-Con Merchandise Unveiled

"The Legend of Korra" Book 3 is not cancelled!

"Some of you may have heard versions of this news elsewhere, but here’s the official word," read the official Korra Nation post on Tumblr. "After this Friday’s on-air premiere of Episode 8 'The Terror Within' at 8/7c, all remaining Book 3 episodes will move to a digital rollout. That means two things: 1) Korra is NOT cancelled, 2) the remaining episodes will roll out weekly on Nick.com and the Nick app beginning August 1, as well as on platforms like Amazon, Google Play, Xbox and Hulu."
"Thousands of you have been asking to watch this incredible sh

ow online, so hopefully this news works in your favor. Mike and Bryan created a breath-taking season for us all…so get ready to watch it all go down!!!"

Fans, so far, have had polarizing reactions to the news.

"The worry still remains over what this means for the future of Avatar post 'Korra' Book 4," wrote Avatar the Last Airbender Online contributor Morgan Bannon. "Is this decision what Nick honestly believe to be the best way to release Korra to its audience or is this dropping the show from TV because of underperforming ratings."

Meanwhile, "The Legend of Korra" Book 3 has made its way to the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con, and now fans have some idea of the merchandise that is available at the convention.

Reportedly, this includes element symbol pins and patches, lunchboxes, plush toys, a family portrait of Aang and Katara, and a statue of Aang.
