‘The Flash’ TV Spoilers: Plastique Gives Barry Allen Some Company; ‘Arrow’ Crossover Follows ‘Accelerated Storytelling’

"The Flash" TV spoilers revealed that another superhero will give Barry Allen some company, as the "Arrow" crossover will follow an accelerated storytelling.

Michael Ausiello wrote "The Flash" TV spoilers on TVLine when he revealed that Sgt. Bette Sans Souci also known as Plastique will be added to the cast this season.

"The series' incarnation of the metahuman is a fetching young redhead who was a bomb specialist with the Army before she was injured by an IED in Iraq," he wrote. "Since being exposed to the Central City explosion, she can turn any object into a bomb with just a touch of her hand - not a bad comrade for The Flash to have on his team, eh?"

Meanwhile, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg talked "The Flash" TV spoilers to Entertainment Weekly  as he said that the "Arrow" crossover will be a two-episode arc.

"It's really going to be an adventure with the 'Arrow' and 'Flash' on both episodes," he said. Watching the two teams come together and fight alongside each other, it's one of the most fun parts."

He said they believe in what he calls "accelerated storytelling," which hints of a fast-paced nine episodes for the pilot season. "Hopefully, we've designed it so that none of these [will make people conclude], 'well, I missed that one, it's fine,'" Andrew Kreisberg added.

Earlier, "The Flash" TV spoilers have revealed that "Prison Break" star Wentworth Miller is added to the cast to play the villain Captain Cold.

The TVLine site revealed "The Flash" TV series spoilers when it reported of Wentworth Miller being tapped to play Leonard Snart, aka Captain Cold, who is the leader of the rogues and one of the favorite comic fan villains of the speedster.

The announcement of Wentworth Miller joining the cast was made on Friday during the Television Critics Association press tour.
