Assassin’s Creed Unity: Release Date Gameplay Trailer Parkour Run? [NEWS] PS4, Xbox One Game Update

A video trailer of parkour experts taking on Assassin's Creed 5: Unity characters as they chase French guards have been released by Ubisoft and the French FreeRun Family.

Could the game's release date version include additional parkour features?

What is certain about Assassin's Creed 5: Unity is that it will feature a co-op multiplayer feature that allows multiple gamers to join the game's campaign to embark on a "brotherhood mission," Assistant Art Director Patrick Limoges told Joystiq.

The game's release date gameplay trailer has an 18th Century French Revolution setting.

Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has hinted at the existence of Assassin's Creed 5: Comet and may offer its Unity counterpart competition.

"More info on that soon," Guillemot said, according to IGN.

"It will come soon."

Newegg is offering a credit deal for the digital Xbox One version of Assassin's Creed 5: Unity, giving fans $20 worth of free features within the game.

Assassin's Creed 5: Unity will "probably ship with an MRSP of $59.99," Game Front reports.

The game's developer, Ubisoft, has announced that it is confident the PC version of Assassin's Creed 5: Unity will have an October 28 release date along with its next-generation console versions.

"We're always aiming to ship all our games on all platforms at the same time," Producer Phord-Toy told Rock Paper Shotgun during an interview, Game Spot reports.

 "I don't have any specific news on the PC version of Assassin's Creed Unity, but I do know we're planning on shipping on all three [platforms]: Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. I haven't heard any news differently than that."
