‘Revenge’ Season 4 Spoilers: David Clarke A Disappointment To Emily Thorne? Jack Porter Becomes Her Main Man With The Death Of Aiden

"Revenge" season 4 spoilers revealed that David Clarke will return but he could be a disappointment to Emily Thorne, who may find romance with Jack Porter now that Aiden has died.

According to Bustle, which revealed "Revenge" season 4 spoilers, David Clarke might return from the dead but he "isn't the man they think they knew."

"He is most definitely not the same wood carving man that Emily remembers him to be. His absence for the past 20 years will be a huge focus for the upcoming season," it said.

Executive producer Aaron Herberts revealed to IB Times that, "The character David Clarke is going to cause a lot of problems, because he is definitely a point where these two women's lives [Emily and Victoria] intersect."

The showrunner added more "Revenge" season 4 spoilers when he revealed toTVGuide that Jack Porter, played by Nick Wechsler, will "be involved a lot more in Emily's life.

"As we get to know more about Emily/Amanda, she also has to start confronting all of these things she's left undone and how she is going to clean up messes with the people who have taken such good care of her. As we launch into Season 4, Jack becomes the center of that journey," Aaron Herberts said.

Earlier, Emily VanCamp teased a scene with Gabriel Mann's Nolan Ross in her tweet: "And we're back! Day one of #Revenge season 4 complete :) #Nolem in a Bentley. #Onlyinthehamptons."

The tweet hints of a fairly happy beginning for Emily as she thinks she already had her revenge when she destroyed the Grayson family.

"Unfortunately for her, we've also seen on this show time and time again that happy endings are rarely ever that. More often than not, we have seen them devolve slowly into despair thanks to terrible things happening all around our characters," according to CarterMatt.
