"Castle" season 7 spoilers reveal that Nathan Fillion is not really worried about Richard Castle's fate after the big car crash finale, as he also wondered about when his wedding to Kate Beckett is finally going to happen.

Nathan Fillion was asked about "Castle" season 7 spoilers in a sit-down interview with TVLine's Michael Ausiello and weighed in on the future for his character.

"I wasn't really worried. I think it's going to be fun, it's gonna be a new mythology," he said.

"Castle" season 7 cast Nathan Fillion said that the series, particularly the relationship between Richard Castle and Kate Beckett needed a new wrinkle because "we certainly have a point of what now?"

"We covered some grounds as far as the two chracters coming together, going apart, coming togher we've done that a couple of times for wonderful reasons, we needed a new reason to come back and face a new season," said "Castle" season 7 cast Nathan Fillion during the same interview.

What about the interrupted wedding? Can fans expect another wedding soon?

"We made people wait a long time to for these two characters to finally get together, now that they are together, how much longer can we make people wait for a wedding I think becomes my question," he said. "You don't want people to become bored in the waiting."

"Castle" season 7 cast Nathan Fillion also admitted that "I was one of the guys who said, no don't bring them together because people will stop watching and remember how wrong I was about that?"

Earlier, executive producer David Amman revealed "Castle" season 7 spoilers during the Television Critics Association summer press tour regarding Castle and Beckett's romance.

"We are as committed to their relationship as Castle and Beckett are - they are deeply in love and they have overcome a great many challenges already. So whatever [has happened] is not going to tear them apart. If anything, it will make them stronger," he said.
