'New Girl' season 4 premiere and cast will certainly welcome fresh additions and one of them is Jessica Biel's visit. As per Fox, she will be seen in the pilot episode as Jess' nemesis.

"It's the last wedding of the season, and the gang challenges each other to see if each of them can get lucky at the big event. Jess (Zooey Deschanel) sets her sights on a cute guy at the wedding - only to be taken on by Kat (Biel), the hottest scientist in the world," read the episode's description.

Apart from Biel's appearance, 'New Girl' season 4 premiere and cast updates will likewise give glimpse to Jess and Nick's relationship following their break-up in the last season.

For someone who is not normally seen on television screens, fans of the show have to watch out for Biel and Deschanel's chemistry. Justin Timberlake's wife has several films in line including 'Shiva and May,' 'Nailed,' and 'The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea.'

When Nick and Jess got together, the show witnessed several emotional turning points. The couple couldn't help but discuss where there relationship was going. In a previous interview with Vulture, creator Liz Meriweather said that the show would go back to being a sitcom and temporarily deviate from drama.

 "I think this year we got a little heavy, we got a little into that emotional arc, and I think this show completely exists without all that heaviness. We're having a chance to get back to basics and sort of reset the show, and kind of go back to the dynamics of the first season and the pilot, where it's just this group of friends who are having fun... I think it might actually be good for the show to return to the kind of fun of it," she explained.
