"The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers revealed that the appearance of Krysten Ritter in Red Reddington's series, as Ressler could be pushed to the edge with another loss of a loved one.

According to TVFanatic, which revealed "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers, Krysten Ritter ("Don't Trust the B---h in Apartment B") will join Mary Louise Parker as one of the guest stars on the premiere episode.

She will play Rowan Mills, who is described to be a troubled analyst working at a data security firm. It's not clear however what role she will play and how she will impact Red Reddington or Elizabeth.

Meanwhile, SpoilerTV revealed more "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers when it reported that the first episode will be called "Lord Baltimore" where the characters will deal with the aftermath of "Berlin."

"Ressler is struggling with his grief over Audrey and Meera, and another loss in the episode will push him closer to the edge," the website said.

Meanwhile, Liz will be sporting a new haircut next season and will be struggling for answers on her husband, while another character in the name of deputy attorney general Reven Wright will also join the cast.

The first episode, it said, "ends with intriguing news from Red's past."

Earlier, showrunner John Isendrath revealed "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers toTVLine  during the Television Critics Association summer press tour. "I do think that while some of the deeper truths will have to wait because, again, if we're lucky enough to be on the air for a few years you have to be patient," he said.

However, the backstory of Red, especially what happened to his family and why he blew up his own house, will be explored this year. "I think that's a natural next step to sort of exploring not only who he was but really who he is and how he became who he is," he said.

"The Blacklist" Season 2 will premiere on Monday, September 22 on NBC at 10 p.m.
