‘The Blacklist’ Season 2 Spoilers: Series Ready To Give ‘Dark And Creepy’ Villains; Cast James Spader Spotted While Filming

"The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers hint of more "dark and creepy" villains in the second installment of the series, as cast James Spader was spotted while filming on Coney Island.

Showrunner John Eisendrath dished out "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers toTVFanatic as he said that more creepy villains can be expected in future episodes.

"I would say that a lot of our most successful episodes live in a creepy, weird space. The Stewmaker sort of set the [bar]. Jon [Bokenkamp, creator] and I were like 'oh, yes. I see that,'" he said.

"And so when we have this guy Milton Bobbit, he took his nose off, he was this weird, creepy guy. That's not a plot thing that 'The Blacklist' has to have but it is, for lack of a better word, a vibe that the show has and I think is most successful in that universe," he added.

The executive producer offered more "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers particularly with Lizzie being single again.

"It's always a trick to have personal stories that are unrelated to anything in the plot stories and that's why last year the Tom thing was so organic and worked so well. And I think we have a couple of examples early on," he said.

Meanwhile, "The Blacklist" season 2 cast James Spader was spotted filming at Coney Island in Brooklyn on Thursday. MailOnline published a series of photos showing the veteran actor dressed in an impeccable three-piece suit and a fedora. He also wore a pair of sunglasses to complete the look.

James Spader revealed "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers to Playboy when he said that the series is both serial and procedural.

"People will see this season is different because we're able to play with things that make a better show, like story and character. We're not building a foundation anymore, which is what we spent last year doing. There are a lot of changes," he said.
