"Les Miserables" star Anne Hathaway Instagram is now up much to the delight of her fans. Apart from deciding to join the famed photo networking site, she also accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge after being nominated by Valentino president Giancarlo Giammetti.

Anne Hathaway Instagram video similarly urged her fans to not only join the challenge but to also donate for the cause. In return, she nominated Kristen Stewart, Joan Rivers, Jessica Chastain, and Matthew McCounaughey to do the challenged.

The "Princess Diaries" actress did the challenge inside her bathroom where she was clad in a sheer sleeveless tank. She screamed as she dumped cold over her head. She uploaded two videos. The first one was naming the celebrities she nominated whereas the second one featured her doing the actual challenge.

The viral campaign aspires to raise awareness for the progressive neurodegenerative disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

More and more celebrities are joining the bandwagon including Chris Pratt, Justin Timberlake, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Kate Upton, Ansel Elgort, Lady Gaga, and Jimmy Fallon. Other notable personalities to join the challenge include George Bush, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg.
