"Revenge" season 4 spoilers reveal that the producers of the show are taking their sweet time to replace Aiden in Emily's heart, as Victoria is likely to find an ally at the mental institute.

Showrunner Sunil Nayar dished out "Revenge" season 4 spoilers to TVLine when he said that Emily is not about to go into another relationship, but Brian Hallisay's character Ben has sparked her interest. Whether that will lead to something else should be a good wait for fans.

"In the scenes they've had together so far, they've had great energy but we want to take our time with these things ... Emily has so much she's already dealing with, we don't want to be casual about the next person she chooses to give her heart to," he said.

However, he said that they enjoyed the energy between Emily and Ben. "We didn't bring him on to be Emily's love interest, but by the same token, we didn't not bring him on for that."

Meanwhile, Yeardley Smith, more popularly known as the voice behind Lisa Simpson and Marge in the animated series "The Simpsons," has snagged a role as a fellow patient in the mental institution where Victoria is committed against her will.

Yeardley Smith will appear in the premiere episode on September 28, according to the "Revenge" season 4 spoilers by TVLine.

Madeline Stowe, who plays Victoria, wrote on her Twitter account after news about the casting of Yeardley Smith: "Incredibly excited to see @YeardleySmith's Phyllis and Victoria together in 401. Bring on September 28th! #Revenge #RevengeS4."

According to the "Revenge" season 4 spoilers, Yeardley Smith will play Phyllis and it's still not known whether she will become an ally to Victoria in her quest for vengeance, or will provide a comic relief to the otherwise very serious show.
