Oscar Pistorius Muder Case Trial To End With Paralympian In Prison? Home Where Girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp Was Killed Remains Unchanged

Oscar Pistorius murder case trial will conclude on September 11 when the judge hands down the ruling, but criminal law specialist believed that the Paralympian should go to prison for what he did. Meanwhile, the sold house where girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp was murdered remains untouched.

Professor James Grant, who teaches at Wits University in Johannesburg, did not mince words when he said that Oscar Pistorius is guilty.

"If we focus only on the most damaging evidence Pistorius faces, it must include the evidence of the four 'ear-witnesses' who claim to have heard a woman's blood curdling screams," he wrote for the Telegraph. "Most of these witnesses supplemented this by testifying that they heard gunshots thereafter."

He also said that during the whole Oscar Pistorius murder case trial, the defense and the "Blade Runner" have not really acquitted themselves in explaining how he could have fired multiple shots in the bathroom despite hearing the screams.

But Criminal law expert William Booth told News24, the interview of which is posted in YouTube, weighed in on the Oscar Pistorius murder case trial as he said that the Paralympian can still get off the hook.

"Oscar doesn't have to prove anything. He's gotta be there trying to knock down the evidence of the state so that at the end of the case, there's doubt," he said. "He just has to create that doubt and if there's doubt in the mind of the judge, that doubt is gotta be, as it were, given to the accused person in the criminal trial."

Meanwhile, the house where his grlfrien Reeva Steenkamp was killed was already sold for 4.5 million rand but it remains untouched as the blood on the bathroom floor has not been cleaned.

The gruesome photos were published on MailOnline which showed the abandoned house and the unkempt pool with water that has turned green. The Paralympian sold the house in order to pay for his defense as the Oscar Pistorius murder case trial is reportedly costing him around $8,000 per day.
