Looks like the 20-year-old Canadian darling used New York Fashion Week as a way to distract herself from her early exit at US Open 2014. She lost to Ekaterina Makarova in two sets, 6-7, 4-6. While her opponent went onto the semifinals, Eugenie Bouchard changed her course to the fashion runways.

Genie captioned the photo, “Wore Jason Wu at Jason Wu of course.”

The Canadian darling has gotten a lot of traction ever since her remarkable performance leading up to the Wimbledon finals this year. Not only has she gotten envious sponsorship deals, she has also beaten Maria Sharapova in the popularity polls.
