The Tracy Morgan accident is not keeping him away from fans as comedian will star in "The Boxtrolls" and the "30 Rock" actor will also hit the theaters through Chris Rock's "Top Five."

Produced by Focus Features, "The Boxtrolls" tells the story of a group of "quirky, mischievous creatures who have lovingly raised an orphaned human boy named Eggs" beneath the streets of Cheesebridge.

According to the film's synopsis found in its website: "When the town's villain, Archibald Snatcher (Academy Award winner Ben Kingsley), comes up with a plot to get rid of the Boxtrolls, Eggs decides to venture above ground, 'into the light,' where he meets and teams up with fabulously feisty Winnie (Elle Fanning). Together, they devise a daring plan to save Eggs' family."

The 2 Paragraphs site said that aside from the comedian, "The Boxtrolls" also features Sir Ben Kingsley, Archibald Snatcher, and Elle Fanning.

The Tracy Morgan car accident occurred in the middle of his "Turn it Funny" stand-up comedy tour last June. He was scheduled to perform in Dover, Delaware and was due to perform in Charlotte, North Carolina when his van overturned after it was hit by a Wal-mart truck driver.

Meanwhile, the comedian can also be seen in "Top Five," a comedy written, directed and starred by Chris Rock. The movie tells the story of Andre Allen whose encounter with a journalist played by Rosario Dawson "forces him to confront the comedy career-and the past-that he's left behind," Deadline said.

Aside from Chris Rock, Tracy Morgan and Rosario Dawson, the film will also star standup comics such as Kevin Hart, Cedric The Entertainer, J.B. Smoove, Anders Holm, Romany Malco, Sherri Shepherd, Michael Che, Leslie Jones and Jay Pharoah.

"Top Five" will be distributed by Paramount Pictures after winning the bid to the film's rights, the website added.
