Police Finishes Probe On Prank Pulled Against Autistic Boy Who Taught He Was Taking The Ice Bucket Challenge

Police are still completing investigation against teens that reportedly pulled a prank on a 14-year old autistic boy in a guise of an ice bucket challenge.

According to CNN, the perpetrators behind the incident have been identified; charges have not been filed nor disclosed.

Earlier, the mother of the 14-year old autistic boy discovered a video of her son being doused with classmates' urine, feces and spit, with the victim thinking that he was taking the ice bucket challenge.

She added, according to the report that the video of his son was posted in Instagram by the prankster.

The Bay Village residents in Ohio were outraged by the prank, Drew Carey host of 'The Price is right,' has offered reward amounting to $10,000 to anyone that can provide information to the identity of the students who fooled the boy.

Two other celebrities have since followed suit Drew's gesture in offering a bounty for the identification of those people behind the terrible prank.

Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg last week each promised to donate $10,000 each.

 To help spread awareness about Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), the Ice Bucket Challenge gained popularity and movie, television celebrities and tech giants founders took the challenge and at the same time donated to the cause.

The challenge starts with one person who has ice water poured over them to challenge someone else to do the same or make a donation to the ALS campaign.

For well-meaning individuals, the ALS Association website said they have received over $100 million on ice bucket challenge donations.

"It was important to us to recognize the incredible viral nature of this social media phenomenon and to thank everyone who participated in the U.S. and around the globe," said Barbara Newhouse, President and CEO of The ALS Association in the website.
