Michael Schumacher News: Medical Experts Helping ‘Schumi’ Live Normal Life; Famed Race Driver’s Son Begins Quest As World Champion

Michael Schumacher news reveal that medical experts are doing everything they can to help the F1 racing champ regain his normal life. Meanwhile, his son begins his quest to follow in the footsteps of his father to become a world champion.

The NDTV Sports shared Michael Schumacher news when it said that the Lausanne rehabilitation clinic in Switzerland is training experts to take care of Schumi in his Lake Geneva home.

As the spokesman of the clinic explained, "A large part of the team that cares for Michael now was trained by our specialists. We are following his treatment and are still a point of contact and entirely at his disposal."

His manager, Sabine Kemp, denied earlier reports that the racing champ is on his way to recovery.

In other Michael Schumacher news, Australia's News.com revealed that the seven-time F1 champion's son is following in his footsteps.

At just 15 years old, Mick Schumacher has started his path hopefully to become the next champion, as he finished at runner-up during the Kf-Junior category in France just this past weekend.

"Of course I am proud of such an important result but it is also clear that it is my goal to be world champion," he said. "This is only the beginning of my career."

According to the website, Mick Schumacher has been racing incognito as he refused to ride on the coattails of his very famous father. Until this year, Schumi's son has been carrying his mother's maiden name Betsch while participating in competition.

Daily Record reported more Michael Schumacher news update when it said that the medical costs are already reaching £100,000 pounds a week for doctors fees and medical equipment.

"Formula One hero Michael Schumacher is surrounded by a 15-strong medical team battling 24 hours a day at a specially-built clinic at his Swiss mansion home," the publication said.
