Amanda Knox Murder Case UPDATE: Appeal In Murder Conviction Hangs Until 2015; Meredith Kercher’s Roommate Finds New Love

Amanda Knox murder case update reveal that the appeal in convictions hangs until 2015 as Meredith Kercher's roommate has found a new love.

Italy's Ansa reported the latest Amanda Knox murder case update when it said that the Court of Cassation is set to hear the appeal by the American student on March 25, 2015.

A Florence court earlier convicted Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito for the murder of Meredith Kercher in 2007.

Amanda Knox was already convicted for the murder by a Perugian court in 2007 and she spent around four years in prison. An appellate court later threw out the ruling in 2011. However, the Supreme Court overruled that the appellate court had failed to consider a crucial evidence that allegedly linked Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito to the scene.

In other Amanda Knox murder case update by MailOnline, Amanda Knox apparently found a new love in an "aspiring rocker" identified as Colin Sutherland, 27.

With the news, Amanda Knox broke up with James Terrano, a classical guitarist living in Seattle. The couple were snapped in different locations exchanging kisses during a day-long trip to Coney Island in Brooklyn.

The British tabloid said that Amanda Knox and James Terrano were last photographed in July "in an emotional meeting in which she both sobbed and laughed."

Previously, Selene Nelson, content executive and freelance writer wrote a piece for HuffingtonPost, which claimed that Amanda Knox has a very good publicist who filters that information to the US media.

Right after the whole fiasco started, her father hired the services of the Gogerty Marriott Public Relations Inc. to try to bleach her image.

"No American journalists were given access to the Knox family without guarantees of positive coverage," Nelson added. "Thus, Knox was turned from promiscuous schemer to naïve college girl, railroaded by ruthless Italians driven by their consuming hatred for anything American."
