HTC RE Camera: Specs, Features And Price, Is This The new Rival Of GoPro?

The HTC RE Camera like any camera you've seen in concerts, meeting, parties and other events is now considered as a rival of GoPro camera.

In the report of the Android Central, the GoPro Hero 4 Black which offers 12MP price is $399 while the HTC RE Camera is taking pre-orders for $199.

As for the GoPro, the HTC RE camera according to Engadget is a small and light device, at 96.7 x 26.5mm and 65.5 grams.

In the report of the Metro, the said camera has no screen or viewfinder and any button. "You get one button to record and another for slow-mo." Even the switch for on/off is not available, because it will automatically switch.

According to the report of Yahoo Tech, the HTC RE camera offers a 16MP camera and capable of recording in both 720p and 1080p resolutions and in slow motion as well. The said device also features a ½.3-inch CMOS sensor and 146-degree wide-angle lens.

The HTC RE camera offers a 128 GB MicroSD card, so it means that the user can record a lot of videos and can take more selfies or pictures. To add that its battery capacity is 810 mAh, which offers the user to record up to 1.5 hours of HD video.

Moreover, in the HTC website, the HTC RE camera offers special features which are grip sensor, one-hand operation design, one tap for photos, one press for videos, time-lapse recording, and Android (4.3 and above) and iOS compatible.

According to the Metro, the HTC RE UK price hasn't been announced yet, but the device is available for pre-orders.
