Tracy Morgan accident update reveals that the "30 Rock" cast is taking baby steps toward recovery, as the comedian is rarely seen in public following the tragic crash.

Lawyer Benedict Morelli offered Tracy Morgan accident update to New York Post's Page Six claiming that the comedian is still undergoing intensive rehabilitation after the June 7 crash. The series of therapies includes cognitive, daily speech, motor skills and basic physical activities.

He said that the comedian at least is "making incremental progress" although he still depends on a wheelchair for mobility, said Us Magazine.

Previous Tracy Morgan accident update reports show that the comedian might not be the same again even if he regains his ability to walk.

"When you say someone is a standup comedian, they need to stand up. It's very rigorous to do that. You need to have two things: You have to have a very strong body and stamina. And right now, he doesn't have Tracy Morgan stamina," his lawyer said, per People Magazine.

Another ingredient to being a stand-up comic is a "razor-sharp intellect and mind."

"So that's what he's struggling with. All of the people in the van who I represent had traumatic brain injuries. So that's not a joke," he added about the Tracy Morgan accident update.

The good news is that the crash didn't take away Tracy Morgan's zest for life even if the comedian is really having a tough time.
