Teresa Giudice admits she is not scared of prison on WWHL. She says all she cares about is her daughters, and any issues she faces in prison are inconsequential compared to the livelihood of her four children. WHen Andy Cohen asked Teresa if she's scared she might lose her temper in prison, Teresa said she wasn;t scared at all. Nobody can deny Teresa loves her children and even the judge admitted that Teresa is a great mother. But the judge couldn't let her emotionas get in the way way of justice. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star believes that she's been through so much that she can face ANYTHING behind bars.

Teresa also admitted that she was confused by her guiilty plea deal, believeing that the deal would protect her from jail. Teresa revealed on WWHL on Tuesday night that, "I didn't fully understand it." Was she incorrectly persuaded by her lawyers? The couple say that they were nervouse to not take the guilty plea agreement with the courts because Joe could have gotten 30 years in prison if he was guilty of ONE of the 41 counts of fraud. And Teresa was told by her husband Joe and the lawyers to take the deal. But should she have complied? Maybe the Real Housewivesw of New Jersey star made the wrong decision and could have avoided jail time if she plead 'not guilty.' Who knows what the outcome might have been if Tre went in another direction.

The interview on WWHL was the first time the Teresa and Joe Giudice spoke out since receieving their glum futures from Judge Salas last Thursday. Part tow of the interview will air tonight. When asked why Teresa accepted the plea deal, Teresa admitted that she was confused. Teresa said "I didn't fully understand it. I thought my lawyer was going to fight for me. I mean, that's what lawyers do. I don't know. That's why you hire an attorney. You put it in their hands. I mean, whatever they wanted from me-believe me-I followed their direction. Whatever they wanted, I gave them. I'm not trying to hide anything."

It's possible Teresa could have received more than 15 months in jail if she didn't take the plea deal. We don't know. The outcome in the Newark courtroom was worse than expected and sources say Terea 'isn't doing so well' since the tearful day that came at her like a ton of bricks. Teresa admited on WWHL that during the sentencing she went completely numb. ''I couldn't even feel my fingers. They got stuck together' she revealed.

But now she realizes now that she might want to analyze documents she so carelessly signed in the past. Teresa will now be more aware of the law and how she deals with contracts. But too little, too late. The outcome in the Newark courtroom was way worse than expected and sources say Teresa 'isn't doing so well' since D Day. Andy Cohen asked the questions that we all want to know the answers to. Teresa said she is not scared of prison, having had the world throw at her anything she can handle. And even when Andy Cohen pressed if she was nervous that she'd throw a temper tantrum in prison, Teresa said "Nobody can press my buttons anymore." This is a big change from the table throwing Tre we all know on RHONJ.

Joe Giudice recieved 41 months in in federal prison by U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salas, whom was disgusted with the couple and horrified at the lack of financial information the couple gave to the court. And Teresa Giudicerecieved 15 months in prison, way more than anticipated. Teresa begged the courts for just probabtion or housearrest due to her four little girls at home, but the judge ignored Terea's requests after flaunting her money around for years on RHONJ. Teresa was seen carrying around a $2,500 purse just last week on Bravo and has been seen throwing lavish parties despite her lawyer's advice and that didn't help her sentencing.

Judge Salas was clearly trying to make an example of of the reality couple. Teresa and Joe are not above the law, despite what they once thought. On WWHL we hope Teresa will discuss her fears about prison. Can you justpicture Teresa in an orange jumpsuit, a bandana completely covering her miniature forehead!? Can't wait for Teresa to meet her fate behind bars! Her term begins on January 5th. Joe will stay with the children until Teresa gets released and then starts his term. Also for Joe, who is an Italian citizen, he may be deported after his long prison term, causing the family even more turmoil. It may be years before the entire family can spend a day under the same roof.

Before Joe Giudice was sentenced, the Real Housewives of New Jersey husband read an inense letter to judge Salas admitting his shame. Joe said, "I stand here humiliated before the court and my family and society," he said. "I disgraced many people, including my wife and four daughters. I take full responsibility for my actions. I promise to be a better person."

Teresa begged the court for no jail time because of her children, but Tre got the book thrown at her.

The RHONJ couple pleaded guilty to multiple counts of fraud, stealing over $4 million from hard working taxpayers.

The judge was furious with Joe and Teresa. She said there was "inconsistencies and omissions" in the financial disclosure forms filed by the couple and the inconsistencies make it "hard for her me be lenient. They had an obligation to be transparent and candid and open with the court and I don't think I got that," Judge Salas said. "I want to understand the disconnect," she scolded.

The judge said that the duo must pay $414,588.90 in restitution fees, with Joe Giudice facing $7,500 to $75,000 in fines, and Teresa looking at fines of $5,000 to $50,000. Doesn't it feel like Christmas morning? Sometimes judgment is served.

What do you think about the sentencing?
