Michael Schumacher News Update: GoPro Not Behind Race Driver's Fatal Injury After All? Schumi's Former Manager Struggles To Find 'Schumi' Replacement?

Michael Schumacher's news update reveal that the GoPro camera mounted on his head while skiing has no bearing on the accident, as his former manager is struggling to find Schumi's replacement.

Jean-Louis Moncet, a French F1 commentator, took to Twitter to provide a Michael Schumacher news update as he wrote: "Talking about GoPro, there were no news. It was just my opinion #F1."

The commentator earlier told radio station Europe 1, according to Express, that he saw his son who told him "that Schumi is waking up very slowly, very slowly."

"Although things are going at a slow pace, he has a lot of time, I would say he has his whole life in front of him to get back on track," the commentator said.

The latest Michael Schumacher news update also proved to be surprising, mainly because the report never made it to the press before, as the GoPro camera mounted on his helmet contributed to his current condition.

"The problem for Michael was not the hit, but the mounting of the Go-Pro camera that he had on his helmet that injured his brain," Moncet had claimed in the same interview.

In other Michael Schumacher news update, his former manager Willi Webber told German magazine Auto Bild that it's very hard to replace the seven-time champion to be the face of Ferrari. The car manufacturer is expected to confirm that German Sebastian Vettel will be its main racer for the US Grand Prix, replacing Fernando Alonso.

"Sebastian is much more sensitive than Michael," he said, according to Fox Sports. "If something is not working well, the pressure at Ferrari is greater than it is anywhere else. It is not always 'peace, joy and pancakes, but a lot of politics.

Willi Webber added, "I think if a Fernando Alonso cannot deal with it, then no one can."
