Luhan Seen In China For The First Time Since SM Entertainment Lawsuit & EXO Departure

Since filing a lawsuit against he agency, SM Entertainment, earlier this month, not much has been heard from EXO member Luhan.

On October 23, Chinese tabloid Sina published an update claiming to have photographed Luhan in the country, allegedly appearing for the first time after suing his agency SM Entertainment. The claim was published along with paparazzi photos.

According to the reports, Luhan was seen getting coffee at a small cafe, unaccompanied by anyone else.

"Luhan seemed much brighter and happier," revealed an eyewitness as reported by the tabloid. "When his order came out, he did not stay at the coffee shop and left immediately."

In the revealed pictures, Luhan is in a shirt and jeans, ordering coffee by himself. He also had a cap on to help hide himself from the public.

On October 10, Luhan reportedly filed a lawsuit to terminate his contract with SM Entertainment.  The Korean record label confirmed the reports shortly afterward and announced plans for EXO to continue with ten members.

Luhan was the lead vocalist and lead dancer of the EXO Chinese language subgroup, EXO-M. He is the second member of EXO-M to leave the group following the departure of EXO-M's former leader Kris (Wu Yi Fan) in May 2014.
