Amanda Knox Murder Case UPDATE: Raffaele Sollecito's Ex Still Gets Much Social Media Attention; Recent Outing Shows 'Foxy Knoxy's' Change

The Amanda Knox murder case update has become a battle to take control of social media to swing public opinion for and against the convicted killer of Meredith Kercher. Meanwhile, "Foxy Knox's" recent outing with boyfriend showed a huge change in her appearance.

Caitlin Dewey of The Washington Post dished Amanda Knox murder case update when she noted that the legal fight for her innocence has spilled over to the social media.

"Defenders of Amanda Knox have for seven years waged a pitched battle for control over the Wikipedia page on her case - even establishing a pro-Knox wiki of their own," it said. The defenders also have a name for those who believe that the student is guilty, calling them "anti-Knox trolls," who themselves are trying to take down her "fundraisers."

According to her, those who really have no emotional investment in the whole Amanda Knox murder case will probably think that her defenders or haters are just hopeless trolls who have no social life.

"To the trolls themselves, though, they're fighting for a just cause - they're vigilantes in the wilderness, fighting murderers and kidnappers when the justice system has failed," she wrote. "In many ways, the line between the people we call "trolls" and the people we cheer for bringing crimes to the public's attention - think Anonymous, or various armchair detectives - is a very, very thin one."

Meanwhile, the Italian magazine Rainews revealed just how dramatic the change to Amanda Knox's appearance is when she went on an outing with her boyfriend.

It said that Amanda Knox has left Seattle to move with her boyfriend, aspiring musician Colin Sutherland, who plays bass guitar for The Johnny Pumps.

According to the magazine, Amanda Knox's hair is "short and wild," and her face is more plump, or "swollen and more mature."
