TVXQ's New Single 'Time Works Wonders' Regains Its Spot For Number 1 On Japan's Oricon Single Daily Chart

K-Pop duo TVXQ's new Japan single, Time Works Wonders, has regained their spot for number 1 on the Oricon chart.

On November 10, Japan's Oricon chart revealed that TVXQ's single, Time Works Wonders, which was released on November 5, had sold 4,362 copies on November 9 and had topped the Oricon Single Daily chart. On November 8, Japan's popular group NMB48 had been at number 1 on this chart. 

TVXQ had sold 72,322 copies on the day of the album release and had ranked number 2 on the chart.

This new single features "Time Works Wonders" and "Baby Do Not Cry" and reveals the groups different style of music.

Previously on November 3, their 7th album, TREE, sold 225,000 copies the first week of its release and was the first foreign artist to sell over 200,000 copies within in the first week with 3 albums consecutively.

On the other hand, they will be holding their special live tour, 'TVXQ! SPECIAL LIVE TOUR-T1ST0RY-' on December 6-7 in Seoul.

It was also recently revealed that TVXQ has also become the first foreign artist to hold a large scale fan club even in Japan for 3 years in a row with 100,000 fans.

This year's Japan fan club event is their 9th fan event and was held at the Yokohama Arena on November 6.

The group had prepared many different events of their fans and also performed live their new songs from their new Japan single, Time Works Wonders.

They also stated during the event that they would be holding their Japan 5 dome tour starting next February to celebrate their 10 year anniversary sine their Japan debut.

They will also be making another record during their dome tour as they will also be the first foreign artist to perform a solo concert at the Tokyo Dome for 4 years in a row.
