Chris Browm and Rihanna together again? The very controversial R&B hiphop artist who has been sentenced to jail following assault of his former lover "Diamonds" singer is now being rumored to have rekindled their romance.

The rumors sparked when Riri stepped out at Da Silvano restaurant in New York wearing a black and white pair of underpants allegedly belonging to her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

In an interview with "Ebro in the Morning" radio show Chris Brown bravely talked about his experiences and his attempt to get back with Rihanna to prove to her that he's deserving of her love.

"I could be the man she wanted me to be."

Brown also revealed that Rihanna's interview with Oprah made him realize that he still had feelings for the pop star.

"She's showing me she cares because I didn't know for a while...I was actually moved by it."

However, he then cleared rumors that they have gotten back together, Hollywoodlife previously reported, during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, that "We're friends. Nothing too serious... We're not trying to start a life together right now, we're just having fun."

Chris Brown also addressed rumors about his new single "Drunk Texting" being about his former ladylove. "But as far as me writing and going into that, I don't really try to put my focus on Rihanna every song. At the end of the day it's almost six, seven years later."

On that note, Brown's current romance model, Karrueche Tran is not at all worried about the rumors linking her boyfriend to Riri.

"Karrueche is one of the main reasons Chris is back on his feet and becoming more mature as the days go by," source of Hollywood Life revealed. "He wouldn't break her like that. He loves Karrueche too much and wants her in his life forever. Especially on a romantic level."

"In Chris' mind, not too many girls can replace Karrueche or even walk in her shoes. He has promised her he'd never cheat on her or break her heart again and he meant that," the insider claimed. "Chris can have any woman he wants - and they keep throwing themselves at him no matter where he goes - but they don't hold a candle to Karrueche. He and Karrueche are solid."
