Caroline Wozniacki has the most enviable relationship in the world. And no, it’s not to some man that followed the hugely publicized break up with the Irish golfer Rory McIlroy. It’s with Serena Williams, the world number 1 and the world’s best friend. It’s so hard to see a friendship bloom in between successful tennis players and we all have something to learn from Caroline Wozniacki and Serena Williams.

1. They don’t let tennis get in between them.

Real friends encourage each other’s work and aspirations and for these top 10 tennis players, they don’t let the game get in between them. When they recently met on the final of 2014 US Open, Caroline Wozniacki and Serena Williams played their hardest. Even when Serena won, Caroline swallowed the hard pill and said only the best things about her best friend. She even joked that Serena should buy her a drink when it was all said and done!

2. They are there for each other.

When Rory McIlroy broke off the engagement with Caroline Wozniacki, Serena Williams, who was supposed to throw her a bachelorette party, rushed to her side. When they both crashed out of the 2014 French Open, they spent the remainder of the tournament chilling on the beaches of Miami and attending NBA games. They didn’t forget to document their trip on Instagram as well!

3. They take time for each other.

Not only was Serena Williams to take Caroline’s mind off of Rory McIlroy breakup, she continues to be a big part of Caroline’s life! And vice versa. After Serena won 2014 US Open, the two girls, as promised, went out for drinks at the bar (and Instagramed it!). When Caroline Wozniacki crossed the finish line at the New York City marathon this fall, Serena greeted her there. Most recently, according to Fansided, they spent time in the Bahamas, clocking in some serious girl time. Best friends forever!
