Kevin Hart Teases FSU Star Jameis Winston About Stealing, Offers Heisman Trophy Winner Some Advice

Kevin Hart is never one to shy away from making a joke.

After performing at Florida State University on Sunday, the comedian caught up with the college's football team, the Seminoles, including Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston, the team's quarterback.

According to TMZ, Hart and Winston had a friendly exchange, during which the "Think Like A Man" star decided to give the 20-year-old athlete some advice.

"You need to stop doing dumb s**t," Hart told Winston, laughing of course.

Hart proceeded to make a joke that seemed to reference a shoplifting scandal involving Winston earlier this year.

"I started to bring a bunch a crab legs to see if you was gonna take 'em!" teased Hart.

In April, Winton was issued an adult civil citation after her reportedly shoplifted crab legs from a Publix grocery store in Tallahassee. The Florida State University student was suspended from the school's baseball team, on which is an outfielder and relief pitcher in addition to playing football, until he completed 20 hours of community service.

Winston appeared to find Hart's jokes funny on Sunday, laughing heartily with the crowd.

"Let's see if he steals," continued Hart. "Give me some fruit."

Hart posed for photos with the FSU football team.

Coach John 'Jimbo' Fisher also presented Hart with an honorary jersey before the comedian took the stage.

"Coach Fisher presented ‪@KevinHart4real with a jersey before his show tonight. ‪#Noles," the team tweeted.

Hart also met with FSU's womens basketball team.

"Had the privilege of meeting these amazing woman tonight....Y'all were cool as s**t. #FSUwomansBasketballTeam," Hart wrote on Twitter.

He is also promoting his new comedy, "The Wedding Ringer," which will officially be released on January 16.
