Will the Daddy Long Legs ending be the same as in "Respond 1997?"

On the 13th and 14th episodes of "Respond 1997," the love triangle between Sung Si Won, Yoon Yoon Jae and Yoon Tae Woong really begin. 

Tae Woong tells Si Won in 1999 that he really likes her. To that, Si Won says, "I really like you but not in that way. My heart beats for someone else." Si Won had realized 6 years ago that she liked Yoon Jae and had rejected Tae Woong's confession. 

However even 6 years later in 2005, Tae Woong confesses to Si Won again. She says, "To me, you're daddy long legs. Someone who stays by my side and protects me, a really good person for me. That's the same as 6 years ago." With her rejection, he asks her if she knows how that story ends.

Since the broadcast of those episodes, viewers were busy looking up the ending to Daddy Long Legs. The female protagonist Judy keeps up a correspondence with daddy long legs for 4 years. Then she begins having feelings for Jarvis, her friend Julia's cousin. However, Judy, who is an orphan, refuses Jarvis's proposal. Judy writes this to Daddy Long Legs and realizes that Jarvis was indeed Daddy Long Legs the whole time. Then Judy finally realizes her love for Jarvis.

So if you think about the ending to Daddy Long Legs, "Respond 1997" should end with a romance between Tae Woong and Si Won. However, in that episode, Si Won and Yoon Jae were seen kissing. That added confusion to the viewers. 

"Respond 1997" only has 2 episodes left until its end. As curiosity rises as to the result of the romance, viewers will finally get their answer soon enough.
