Ronda Rousey has given a preview on her next fight from via Instagram perhaps to apprise what her opponent can expect when she steps into the octagon. Meanwhile, Jessica Eye is targeting the big stage with a fight against the undefeated UFC champion.

On November 16, Ronda Rousey's Instagram account showed a video of her working on the punching bag.

Ronda Rousey also captioned the Instagram image: "Hand healed: hitting the bag with no wraps - just mma gloves - this Saturday #rowdyrehab is complete."

"Posting a video from a weekend training session, Rousey proves that her right hand -- which required nine stiches after her win over Alexis Davis at UFC 175 -- is completely healed and ready to inflict some serious damage," ESPN said.

Ronda Rousey's next fight will be against Cat Zingano on January 3 during Las Vegas' UFC 182.

But if it's up to Jessica Eye, "Rowdy's" next fight will be against herself.

"I want to fight every single female in the UFC. If they wanted me to fight Ronda now, I'm ready now. I'm in a completely different state of mind. No matter what, I believe right now. Ronda Rousey might be the reason why we're all here, but there's a purpose and I'm the purpose," Jessica Eye told Fox Sports.

Jessica Eye won her debut fight against Strikeforce Sarah Kaufman but was stripped of that victory after she tested positive for marijuana metabolites.

She is followed by Cat Zingano, the main contender whom Ronda Rousey will next fight in January. Sarah Kaufman, Miesha Tate and Sara McMann rounded up the top five.
