Michael Schumacher Condition Update: Manager Sabine Kehm Says Time Frame For F1 Champion's Recovery 'Not Possible'

Manager Sabine Kehm provided a Michael Schumacher condition update and it's not good.

The race driver's manager said the doctor's have no time frame when the seven time F1 champion will recover from the tragic accident during a skiing trip at the French Alps in December.

When asked for an assessment of Michael Schumacher, she told RTL, as reported by The Local, "That is not possible to say in this situation."

"Michael is making progress appropriate to the severity of his situation, but it will be a difficult and long process," she said.

But the manager claimed that they will provide any Michael Schumacher condition update as it comes along. For now, the family is "very happy and touched by the sympathetic messages."

"I believe that positive energy does them good. We appreciate the condolences from around the world," said Kehm.

About two weeks ago, Corrina and children Gina-maria, 17, and Mick, 15, released a statement of gratitude following the outpouring of support for F1 legend.

The statement was posted on the official website of Michael Schumacher, which reads:

"Every day wishes for his recovery arrive and the extent of sympathy for him makes us speechless. We can only say thank you for that, that you fight with him and us together. We remain confident and hope for the best for Michael. Your strength helps us continue to support him in his fight."

The website was reactivated to mark the 20th year since he first won an F1 title.

Formula 1 World Championship Dr Gary Hartstein told The Express, that the little Michael Schumacher condition update coming from his camp has led to a lot of speculations. "We are told, with what seems to be a bit of a triumphal air, that Michael is no longer in a coma," he said. "I cannot help but think this is highly cynical use of language, using the truth to convey an impression that is almost certainly false."
