A Swedish celebrity magazine, Se & Hor (See & Hear) published topless photos of Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton. The magazine became the fourth magazine to publish these scandalous photos.

Danish edition of the magazine stated it will also publish the photographs in their Thursday edition.

Carina Loefkvist, editor-in-chief of Swedish magazine stated, "This is nothing unusual, these are quite nice pictures if you compare with other celebrity pictures that we publish all the time."

The photographs are the same ones which appeared on French magazine Closer and the Italian magazine Chi last week.

The topless photos were taken as the Duchess of Cambridge was sunbathing in the nude with her husband Prince William during a personal vacation.

The royal couple has taken legal action obtaining an injunction banning future publication of the photos inside France by the French court on Tuesday.

St Jame's Palace responded to the published photos stating they would consider possible additional legal action beyond France.
