Tracy Morgan Shows Off Recovery Form Six Months After Car Crash; Wal-Mart Denies Stalling Accusation By '30 Rock' Actor's Lawyer

Tracy Morgan showed off his recovery form six months after the tragic crash at New Jersey turnpike that claimed that life of his friend. Meanwhile, Wal-Mart denied that it's stalling proceedings as alleged by the "30 Rock" actor's lawyer.

A video posted on MailOnline, revealed just how the comedian is doing after the car crash involving Tracy Morgan's tour vehicle and a Wal-Mart delivery truck.

"On Wednesday, Morgan appeared a far cry from the extroverted and gregarious characters he has played on film and television, and was barely audible as he spoke to a nearby photographer," the tabloid said. "At one point as he returned to his car from the post office, the actor even had to briefly stop and catch his breath before moving on."

The comedian was assisted by his fiancee, Megan Wollover, and an aide who both helped him get back into his car after a visit to the post office in New Jersey.

Tracy Morgan's recovery apparently seems slow in coming as he was still depending on the walker to move around. He also told the person who took the video that he's still "fighting every day."

In a previous report from Us Weekly, lawyer Benedict Morelli said Tracy Morgan is "making incremental progress" in his recovery although he still depends on a wheelchair for mobility.

Meanwhile, Wal-Mart on Tuesday denied that allegation that it's stalling the federal lawsuit filed against the giant retailer in connection to Tracy Morgan's car crash, said a report.

On Monday, Wal-Mart driver Kevin Roper filed a motion to defer the civil action filed against the retailer following the car crash involving Tracy Morgan, just until the court in New Jersey resolve the criminal case filed against him.

"Plaintiffs' accusation that Wal-Mart is somehow behind Mr. Roper's motion in an attempt to delay discovery is simply false," the legal representation by Wal-Mart said in a statement.
