Psy's Exhausted Health Condition: IV Treatment Before Performance

Yesterday (Septemeber 28), Psy  of YG Entertainment appeared on stage at the Seowon University for their annual university festival. According to the reporters who were present at the scene of the festival, Psy received IV before he attended the festival to perform.

Before he began his performance yesterday, Psy revealed to his audience, "My body is in a lot of pain but I think I'll be healed right here if you guys give me some energy." After his performance of "Gangnam Style," Psy stated, "To be honest, there was an obscene schedule waiting for me. I had to get IV before coming up on stage" and revealed his condition to the audience.

Psy returned to Korea on the 25th and held a press conference right as he arrived, then hurried off to Joongang University to perform at their university festival. The next day Psy went to Kyungpook University as well as Seowon University which is hours south of Seoul. On the same day, Psy went to Incheon University to perform at their university festival but managed to remain energetic and deliver a flawless performance on stage.

Meanwhile, according to the Billboard, Psy's "Gangnam Style" is at number 1 on the Digital Songs Chart which is 3 places above last week's. Psy is also at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart following after Maroon 5. Prior to his rapid rise on the Billboard charts, Psy was placed number 1 on the iTunes charts of Canada, Argentina, Czech Republic, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Norway and the U.S.

In addition, the music video for Psy's "Gangnam Style" continues to receive hits on YouTube with a current number of views at almost 311 million. Psy is the first artists in the world to receive such an impressive number of hits within this little time.
