On the Friday episode of "The 3rd Hospital," Sooyoung was finally seen playing the viola.

Sooyoung plays violist Lee Eui Jin, her first role in a drama. However, she has been received well by the viewers for her stable acting. 

In the eighth episode, Sooyoung was shown playing the viola and stole the spotlight. She was playing the viola at the hospital for Kim Seung Hyun (Oh Ji Ho) who she has always been secretly in love with. 

In this scene, Sooyoung was not awkward as she played the viola and her expressions were very appropriate. Her viola playing and her expressions seemed very genuine and breathed energy into the drama.
