Psy is expressing how thankful he is to his Korean fans, as he is writing history in Korean music history as he climbed up to number two spot on Billboard.

Some may be curious as to why Psy is staying in Korea, when he should be performing in stages of the world, but Psy says that his promises with his Korean fans are also very important. He is planning to finish his already-planned schedule including Mnet's "Superstar K4" and college festivals, then leaving to Australia on the 15th. He added a free show in front of Seoul City Hall on the 4th, being constantly busy for his fans.

Aware that many people are debating as to where Psy should be working in Korea, he emphasized his position on the matter multiple times during his concert on the 2nd.

He said during his free concert in Seoul Jamsil Indoors Stadium called 'Cy x Psy Concert, Play with Psy', "Many people are talking about how I should stay longer in foreign countries because it is such an important time in my career. The reason that I'm here is because it IS an important time in my career."

He also said, "I want to get good results as you wish, too. But I've come a long way. You are so happy to see me. I was speechless when I was greeted at the airport. It was as if I won a medal. I never really trusted the internet. Actual response at concerts have greater meanings to me. I am much more moved by the audience's response than the Billboard. Thank you."

The audience of about 10,000 people who gathered at the stadium cheered even louder for him, and Psy held back tears multiple times, though he is a veteran of many live shows. Although his condition wasn't so great due to non-stop schedule, he filled up his time of 2 hours and 30 minutes and poured out his everything in this concert. He said that when he was away from the stage from unexpected events, he missed having a last performance, and that he wants to perform every concert as if it was his last.

He said, "This is the first time I've received so much support. I had a lot of things happen to me in the past, as you know. I thank you. Regardless of the result (of Billboard), I will perform in front of Seoul City Hall at 9 o'clock on October 4th," as he received heated applause.

Of course, Psy plans to continue being active abroad, also. He is leaving to Australia on the 15th to appear on a famous audition program, "X Factor", and leaving straight to America from there to continue his work there.
