The casts of "Insurgent," Shailene Woodley and Theo James, were still busy filming despite the holidays as the actors locked eyes during a shooting break.

Shailene Woodley, who became Hollywood's "it" girl with the successes of "Divergent" and "The Fault in our Stars," stood close to co-star Theo James on the set of "Insurgent" in Atlanta, Georgia. The make-up team really did a good job putting cuts and bruises on the 30-year-old actor's face.

"In her lead role as Beatrice 'Tris' Prior, Shailene wore a black zipped top over the same olive green vest, black trousers and worn-out black leather boots she wore while filming on Friday," MailOnline said. "Her short blonde locks looked disheveled and she had very little make-up on her face."

At one point, while the crew was preparing a scene, "Insurgent" casts Shailene Woodley and Theo James locked eyes as they seemed to be talking about something.

Previously, Shailene Woodley and Theo James shared steamy scenes in the trailer for "Insurgent," the sequel to "Divergent," which are based on Veronica Roth's YA novels of the same name.

"The Fault in our Stars" actress talked about "Insurgent" to Hero Complex as she said that the sequel to "Divergent" is going to be "pretty emotional."

Her "Insurgent" co-star Theo James, who plays love interest Four, echoed Shailene Woodley's statement as he said that there's nothing "cheesy" about the film's emotionality.

"There's real stakes behind it, and sometimes that's hard to find in spectacular situations. If you're watching these movies that are spectacles, which are fun and it's about this thing and escapism, sometimes the crux of the emotionality gets lost," he said.

"Insurgent" casts Shailene Woodley and Theo James were earlier rumored to be dating after developing feelings for each other on the set of "Divergent." The actors, however, insisted they are just friends.
