Psy's popularity in Australia is overwhelming as he appears on TV shows and audition programs.

Today, Psy appeared on the morning show "Sunrise" and performed "Gangnam Style" live on their outdoor stage. Although it was around 7:30 in the morning, around 200-300 fans came out to see him.

Psy commented, "Thank you so much for welcoming me. I've forgotten all about my jet lag." He continued, "I don't care if I am a 'one-hit wonder', look at all these people!"

Psy also appeared on the audition program "The X Factor Australia" and had a surprise performance. He also danced his 'horse-riding' dance with Melanie Brown.

Psy will leave for L.A. on October 19 to begin working on his English album.

Psy has recently become a global sensation with his song, "Gangnam Style." He has ranked number 1 on iTunes in 30 countries and has ranked number 2 on the U.S. Billboard main single chart HOT 100.

He has also surpassed 480 million views on YouTube with his music video for "Gangnam Style."

He has appeared on many shows such as the "Ellen Show" and "SNL" and featured on news programs such as NBC and CNN.

He has also recently signed a contract with Justin Bieber's agency and plans to release his first U.S. single sometime in November.
