The ladies of T-ARA have decided to clear up the situation and give their confession about the Hwayoung controversy a few months ago. The show titled "Confession of T-ARA" aired on Mnet 2PM KST and the commercial teaser seemed to have intrigued the fans who have wanted the truth for so long. There was a bit of footage from their trip to Malaysia during their showcase.

This is marked as the first T-ARA interview as a whole group since the scandal.

As the interview started, Soyeon immediately apologized to the fans, "Honestly, we're so very sorry to our fans for many things. For our international fans as well as the ones in Korea, we always feel that we make them worry,"

Hyomin chimed in also, "We feel strength from these messages from our fans. Although, we feel as if we've only done things to make our fans say things like this, so we're always sorry," Suddenly, she became emotional with her next bit of words. "It hasn't been that long since it happened... Of course there were misunderstandings. We're not like that... I try to think to myself, 'It'll get better if we keep going like this' but it seems to be difficult. We always get together and think of what happened, we can never forget it. But this makes us want to work harder," Suddenly, Hyomin was no longer able to hold back her tears. She let them flow willingly.

Because of her tears, the other members followed suit, letting out their emotions. Soyeon summed up the current situation by saying, "We use to be on stage for our dreams, but now we stand there for our source of strength. Our fans."

Fans were not exactly pleased with this. Mostly blaming Kim Kwang Soo for not giving them what they want. The girls didn't exactly clear up any information, they just mentioned how the fans were their strength and how they were not depicted as the characters the media made them out to be.

International fans were saying, "This is a guilt show, an interview to have us all tune in for nothing," "I love T-ARA but KKS and CCM needs to stop with this situation," "It's over and done with, let it go," and "This was pointless, there was no 'confession'."
